The US Navy Blue Angels will entertain spectators at the Great Tennessee Airshow at Smyrna Airport on May 12 and 13, 2012. This signature aviation event will also include renowned pilot Corkey Fornof who has more than 17,000 hours of flight time in nearly 300 different aircraft; the grace and magic of power-less flight by Dan Buchanan in his TK-17 Hang-glider. Rob Holland, Michael Wiskus and John Klatt are returning favorites to be joined this season by Jason Newburg and Matt Chapman in spectacular performances. The war-bird enthusiasts will particularly enjoy the show when Skooter Yoak in his P-51 Mustang and Dave Folk in his F4U Corsair take to the skies. New this season will be appearances by the USN Parachute team, the Leapfrogs. Veteran announcer, and favorite at Smyrna airshows, will be Danny Clisham who will give the play by play in his own unique style.

Premium Box Seats & Flight Line Club


Premium Box Seats:
Avoid the large crowds and guarantee yourself a great seat close to the flight line and enjoy a great show. The premium box seats are assigned seats on the tarmac. Children 3 and under are free and lap only. If you wish to have a seat for your 3 year old and under, a ticket needs to be purchased. No umbrellas are allowed in this area.

Adults and Children: $30.00 each. This ticket includes General Admission Entrance

Flight Line Club:
Enjoy all the action of the air show in the comfort of The Air Show Network Luxury Chalet, and feel the rumbling of the planes as they take off and land right in front of you! In the Flight Line Club Chalet experience the comfort of the front line seating, with a catered lunch and unlimited soft drinks. Beer and wine will be available. This ticket includes General Admission Entrance. One VIP Parking Pass will be sent per order.
